Production typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days to the United States and 5–14 business days to Europe. Delivery times for other destinations may vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
