1. About ChicSociety
ChicSociety is an independent online art and print brand based in Europe, serving customers worldwide.
Throughout these Terms, “ChicSociety,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a purchase agreement in your country.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display product images, colours, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device.
Natural materials, including wooden frames, may have minor variations in colour, texture, or grain. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Product availability may change at any time.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in cases including:
- A product being unavailable.
- An incorrect price or product description.
- A payment not being authorised.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
- An incomplete or undeliverable shipping address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. The final order total will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers. ChicSociety does not store complete payment card details.
Depending on your location, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or international transaction fees. ChicSociety does not control these charges.
6. Production and Shipping
Our art prints are produced especially for each order. Production normally takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Customs and Import Charges
Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.
Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be requested before an item is sent back.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
11. Intellectual Property
The ChicSociety name, branding, website design, product presentation, written content, graphics, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to ChicSociety and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology.
