Since every art print is printed specially for you, please allow 2-3 business days for production and quality checks before your order is shipped.
To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we ship our posters in robust packaging (triangular boxes, rigid tubes, or secure frame boxes) that protects against bending and damage during transit.
Once your order is produced and dispatched:
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, and select international destinations.
For international orders (outside the US), items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are enforced by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes, customs processes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Because each piece is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders shipped outside the European Union, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: For damaged prints or frames, please send us clear photos of the damage to [email protected] instead of returning the item. This will help us resolve the issue faster.
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or accidental purchases. Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Refunds are only issued for approved returns under applicable laws (including EU consumer rights) or for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
